– The Corridor Table (14:55 to 16:10): a closed-door EU-ASEAN regulators’ roundtable, by invitation.
– Signing of the Memorandum at 17:50, with a press welcome.
– VIP Meeting Rooms: private spaces on Level 2 for bilateral meetings.
– Founding Dinner: reception from 19:00, dinner from 19:30, by invitation and through partnership.

Expo Zone & Day 2
– Expo Zone: open all day in the ballroom foyers, with LED video walls for partner showcases.
– Media & Interview Zone: dedicated spaces for press and broadcast.
– Speaker Lounge: a private space for speakers and international delegates.
– Day 2 · Landing Day, Thursday 12 November: ecosystem site visits across Kuala Lumpur, 09:15 to 13:00, starting from the hotel lobby.
