Jesyka Hiu is Chief Community at START by VT and one of Malaysia's most active startup-community builders, with over eight years spanning early-stage ventures, cross-functional leadership and market expansion. She founded START, a B2B network community, alongside HERizon and FFMYSEA (Female Founders Malaysia & SEA) — platforms widening visibility, access and business support for founders across Southeast Asia. She is also the founder of Vaig Tapuy Corporate Services, a business-support agency helping startups and young companies close resource gaps in company setup, market entry and operations — the "soft-landing" layer cross-border founders most often lack. During the pandemic she led Sabah Caremongers, reaching 9,800+ people across underserved communities in East Malaysia. At Finweek KL 2026 she hosts the Cross-Border Market Entry workshop, bringing the Malaysian startup community into the EU–ASEAN corridor and giving founders on both sides the on-ground realities of entering each other's markets.

A community workshop for founders entering new markets: a short Malaysia-focused panel, then hands-on Knowledge Hubs on regulation & compliance, talent, and go-to-market — led by operators who've run cross-border activations. A two-way EU × ASEAN exchange, and the startup community's entry point into the corridor.
