Michael Heaney is a Partner at Ernst & Young Consulting Sdn Bhd, where he leads EY Malaysia’s Financial Services Business Strategy and Transformation practice. With more than 26 years of experience across APAC, the US, EMEA and Canada, he advises financial institutions on navigating disruption and emerging technologies. Michael has led large-scale transformation programs spanning AI adoption, digital innovation and operating model redesign. Prior to EY, he held leadership roles at McKinsey, Oliver Wyman and Barclays Bank.
