Raymond Siva is a digital strategy and investment consultant and one of Malaysia's most experienced voices on inward digital investment. Until 2024 he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Investment Officer at the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), where he led the national digital-investment agenda and the public–private partnerships that brought global technology players to Malaysia. With more than 25 years across investor promotion, strategic communications and capital markets — including investor engagement at the World Economic Forum in Davos and major regional IPOs — he brings a practitioner's view of how capital actually flows into ASEAN.
