As Managing Director, Head of Risk at Lendable, she leads portfolio risk management, financial monitoring, covenant and limit compliance, and key investor relationships. Since joining the company at an early stage, she has helped build the processes, credit and transaction rating systems, and risk frameworks that supported Lendable's growth to $1bn AUM. She is passionate about fintech risk management, impact investing in emerging and frontier markets, social equity, and also mentors students and young professionals on a voluntary basis.
